Royalty: 4% of your Gross Sales depending on sales volume.  For continuous field support and marketing assistance. Advertising: 1% of your Gross Sales. You apply it to your Local Advertising, you do not send it to us.  Systemwide Marketing: 1% for regional/national brand marketing fund.

* Corporate Caterers bases this investment range on the assumption that the franchisee will find previous leased restaurant space and convert it to a Corporate Caterers kitchen location.  These numbers do not apply to the purchase of land and construction of a new building.  Low numbers are only realistic for those who already possess much of the equipment and supplies needed.
